JOB PURPOSE The Accounting Manager has a key role within the Finance & Accounting team, responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring the integrity of the company's financial records. This individual will manage balance sheet reconciliations, inventory accounting, SG&A expense analysis, and support the monthly financial close and review process. Strong computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas) Ability to regularly exercise sound judgment. WORKING CONDITIONS Physical Demands: Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Requires occasional squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling weight up to 20 pounds. Requires repetitive hand movement. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Education/Training/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years experience of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role Demonstrated experience with balance sheet reconciliations, inventory accounting, and financial close processes Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or retail environment a plus We offer competitive pay and a wide variety of benefits.
