About The Position

We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join a growing, manufacturing organization with approximately $150–200M in revenue. This role will be instrumental in strengthening financial reporting processes, internal controls, and communication with Finance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 3+ years of management experience with direct reports
• Strong financial reporting
• Strong communication with international stakeholders

Nice To Haves

• CPA certification (preferred)
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
• Experience with Oracle similar ERP systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Manage financial reporting under GAAP
• Support budgeting and forecasting in partnership with executive leadership and FP&A
• Manage and develop a team of 3 direct reports
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes
• Serve as the primary liaison for financial reporting to the international parent company
• Drive process improvements, particularly within ERP environment
