Requirements

Proficiency in month-end closing and financial statement preparation.
Experience with financial reporting and GAAP standards.
Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of related experience.
Strong computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office products.

Nice To Haves

CPA certification preferred but not required.
Experience with consolidation of multiple divisions or businesses preferred.
Planful reporting experience preferred.
Experience with international business is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver monthly financial packages accurately and on time.
Create monthly financial projections focusing on income and cash flow.
Conduct proactive analysis on regional and consolidated financials, recommending changes based on findings.
Coordinate the development and management of regional and consolidated annual budgets.
Manage audit activities, preparing work papers for external and internal audits.
Supervise tracking and reporting of fixed assets, sales reporting, and rebate programs.
Oversee and manage accounts receivable and credit.
Coordinate day-to-day general accounting and administrative responsibilities.
Develop reports using Planful.
Provide backup and assistance to other accounting staff.
Ensure compliance with the Worldwide Accounting Manual.
Engage in special projects as required.
Provide in-depth analysis of business transactions, including customer accounts, manufacturing costs, and sales scorecard.
Supply accurate data for scenario analysis and propose solutions to business stakeholders.
