About The Position

A fast-growing consumer brand group is hiring an Accounting Manager to support its expanding business through financial reporting, process improvement, and post-acquisition integration. This role offers exposure beyond traditional accounting, with opportunities to work on finance transformation, M&A integration, and process design as the company continues its growth journey.

Requirements

• 8+ years of accounting experience, with strong expertise in month-end and year-end closing.
• In-house accounting experience within a corporate environment.
• Experience in process improvement or finance transformation initiatives.

Nice To Haves

• Management or project leadership experience is preferred.
• Bookkeeping certification (Level 2 or above) and consumer goods or manufacturing experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, and tax filing support.
• Lead accounting activities for newly acquired businesses and post-M&A integration projects.
• Improve accounting processes, internal controls, and finance systems.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Lead accounting projects and contribute to the development of the finance organization.
