Travel Accounting Manager with Hilton experience
About The Position
Bridge Point is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Accounting Manager for a hotel task force assignment in San Francisco. The role oversees the hotel's accounting functions, supports accurate financial reporting, monitors revenue and expenses, and helps maintain efficient financial operations throughout the assignment. Previous hotel accounting experience, including Hilton experience, is required. The position pays $45 per hour, offers weekly pay, and covers travel expenses to and from the client facility. The stated start date is November 9, 2026, and additional task force assignments may be available.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Accounting Manager or in a similar hotel accounting leadership role.
- Hilton hotel experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of hotel accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a task force environment and support the property's immediate operational needs.
- Availability to start November 9, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and account reconciliations.
- Monitor hotel revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance.
- Manage month-end closing procedures and ensure timely financial reporting.
- Oversee cash flow, bank reconciliations, and financial transactions.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with department heads and hotel management regarding budgets and expenses.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to the accounting team as needed.
