Seaside Plumbing is seeking an Accounting Manager / Controller to provide financial clarity that drives decisions across the company. This is a high-accountability role focused on accuracy, ownership, and follow-through, not a bookkeeping or "keep the lights on" position. Requirements

2–3 years of QuickBooks Desktop experience
2–3 years of management experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (testing required)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Employment credit checks may be conducted only for designated positions in which credit information is substantially job-related, including positions involving significant fiduciary authority, control of company funds, or access to sensitive financial information.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting and Controller operations
Ensure AR, AP, payroll, cash management, and related processes are completed accurately and on time
Prepare and present financial reports in a clear, easy-to-understand format
Deliver accurate and timely monthly financial statements
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Analyze financial performance and identify trends, opportunities, and risks
Coordinate with outside tax and accounting professionals
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax requirements
Help improve processes, systems, and controls as the company grows
Serve as a trusted financial resource to leadership
