About The Position

Troon is hiring an Accounting Lead for its corporate office in Orlando, Florida. This working supervisory role oversees accounting deliverables for a portfolio of golf clubs or corporate business lines, ensuring accurate, timely, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting through hands-on review, team supervision, and collaboration with operations stakeholders. The role provides day-to-day leadership to a small team of accountants and serves as a primary accounting contact for operations. The position includes periodic visits to clubs and facilities and presenting financial results and analyses in client-facing meetings. Troon is a professional club management company founded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. It operates more than 900 locations in 45+ states and 27+ countries, with services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
