About The Position

Troon is hiring an Accounting Lead for its corporate office in Orlando, Florida. This is a working supervisory role overseeing accounting deliverables for a portfolio of golf clubs or corporate business lines. The Accounting Lead ensures accurate, timely, GAAP-compliant financial reporting through detailed review, team supervision, and close collaboration with operations stakeholders. The role provides day-to-day leadership to a small team of accountants and serves as a primary accounting contact for operations. Candidates must have at least five years of progressive accounting experience, including two or more years in a lead, supervisory, or senior accountant capacity. CPA certification or progress toward certification and experience in multi-entity accounting, shared services, or hospitality/golf environments are preferred. The position is based at Troon's corporate office in Orlando, Florida. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage; a 401(k) with employer match for eligible employees aged 19 and older; and paid time off and leaves of absence subject to applicable laws, eligibility criteria, plan documents, and company policies.
