Launch Your Public Accounting Career with The Bonadio Group. Interviews for candidates advancing to the next round will be scheduled for September 2026. Requirements

  • Active enrollment in an accredited bachelor’s or master’s in accounting program
  • Coursework that supports progress toward the requirements for CPA eligibility
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Passion for client service and continuous learning

Responsibilities

  • Prepare individual, small business, and corporate tax returns
  • Assist with tax research and planning projects
  • Analyze financial information and supporting documentation
  • Collaborate with experienced tax professionals on client engagements
  • Learn how public accounting professionals deliver exceptional client service
  • Gain practical experience in tax planning, preparation, and client service while working with a variety of individual and business clients.
  • Explore the audit and assurance profession through hands-on projects and meaningful client work.
  • Experience may include opportunities within: The Efficiency Center, working on specialized projects that showcase the industries we serve, Form 990 preparation and review support, Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) engagements, Technical Accounting Standards Update (ASU) projects, Innovation initiatives focused on improving processes and client service, Year-end audit engagements alongside experienced Assurance professionals.
