About The Position

Climax Metals, a division of RBC Bearings, is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and eager Accounting Intern to support the accounting team with financial and administrative tasks. Requirements

Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable Clerk.
Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Associate of Business degree in Accounting/Finance

Responsibilities

Maintain and update financial records while ensuring accuracy.
Prepare financial reports as needed for business.
Enter financial transaction data into the database/ERP system.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts in a timely manner.
Provide clerical and administrative support to the accounting department, including preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records.
Process invoices, organize office mail, and assist with customer and vendor accounts.
Research and resolve accounting or documentation discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and applicable laws.
