About The Position

Waters Corporation is seeking outstanding future talent for a summer internship within the Finance Team in Milford, Massachusetts. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain real-world experience at the world's leading specialty measurement company. The program will last approximately ten weeks and commence in the spring/summer of 2027. Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in public accounting, corporate accounting, or financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close activities.
• Support account reconciliations and balance sheet analysis.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with accounting documentation.
• Analyze financial data and investigate account fluctuations.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests.
• Support process improvement initiatives and standardization efforts.
• Participate in special projects involving systems, reporting, and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams across global locations.
