About The Position

This is a specialized internship role within the Finance department, focusing on providing assistance and support for advanced and technical projects. The intern will be responsible for completing assigned projects, working cross-functionally with other departments, and utilizing advanced systems and software. The role also involves participating in cross-company teams and completing other assigned projects.

Requirements

• Must actively be working toward a bachelor's degree.
• Advanced knowledge and experience working with the computer and various software systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Must possess mathematical, organizational, and people skills.
• Must be able to multi-task, be accurate with details and maintain confidentiality.
• Effectively interface with external contacts, Brotherhood employees, managers, and department staff members.
• Must hold high school diploma and actively working toward a Bachelor’s degree.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced education in related field is desired.
• One year of general work experience is desired.
• Familiarity with church operations.
• Conduct oneself in a manner that will neither alienate nor offend persons within the church and related ministries market.

Responsibilities

• Perform requested research and analysis for special projects.
• Assist with planning and execution of special projects.
• Deliver high-quality, timely work for all projects.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure projects align with the company’s strategic business goals.
• Work with advanced systems and software as needed to complete assigned projects.
• Participate on cross company teams as requested by the manager or VP of the department.
• Complete other projects as assigned.
