Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas)
• Ability to speak French with our team in Quebec if the candidate is located in Quebec.
• In a multicultural and international environment, a good command of English is necessary to interact with part of our clientele and international team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of journal entries, accounts reconciliation, and month-end activities
• Contribute to the preparation of monthly financial reports, summaries and internal presentation
• Perform administrative and clerical tasks supporting the accounting function
• Work with NAV and Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting
• Perform other accounting and finance related tasks and assist Corporate Controller in all ad hoc requests
