Requirements

Prior HR/Office experience preferred
Tag and title experience preferred
Great understanding of account reconciliations
Automotive dealership experience is preferred
Excellent computer skills including Excel and Word
Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and adapt to change
Must be able to work well with people on all levels and be able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

Processing various GL account reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Process incoming payment transactions
Oversee vendor collections, follow up on delinquent accounts
Assist with month end closing
Answer multi-line phone
Data entry
Organizing files
Collect and verify onboarding paperwork is complete
Enroll new team members into ComplyNet and monitor training deadlines to ensure compliance
Assist HR Manager with maintaining personnel files
Maintain team member confidence and ensure all information remains confidential
Assist HR department with various projects as needed
