About The Position
Motorcycle Salesperson at Zion Harley-Davidson in Washington, Utah. This is an on-site, full-time position. Zion Harley-Davidson is a destination dealership, recently renovated, and is looking for driven, high-energy individuals to help people step into the Harley-Davidson lifestyle. The role involves creating unforgettable experiences by welcoming customers, guiding them to their perfect bike, demonstrating features, building excitement around accessories, making deliveries memorable, building relationships for repeat and referral business, staying knowledgeable about products and promotions, executing paperwork efficiently, and consistently meeting sales goals.
Requirements
- Sales and/or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a fast-paced, high-energy showroom environment
- Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement (or willingness to obtain one)

- Demonstrate features, performance, and customization options with confidence

- Turn every delivery into a memorable, share-worthy moment
- Follow up, build relationships, and earn repeat and referral business
- Stay sharp on product knowledge, promotions, and riding culture
- Execute paperwork and processes accurately and efficiently
- Consistently meet, and push beyond, sales goals
