About The Position

This internship provides operational and analytical support to the Miami-based Reinsurance Technical Operations team. It offers hands-on exposure to managing a Latin American reinsurance portfolio, with a focus on ensuring data accuracy by validating system information, cross-checking numbers, and identifying gaps. The role is designed to help the intern understand how reinsurance accounts are tracked and managed in an operational setting.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program (e.g. Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or similar).
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and quick to learn new systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• Eligible to work in the US.

Nice To Haves

• Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date data in SICS, ensuring high data quality.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to the Middle Office team.
• Manage and resolve Snow tickets, documenting issues and solutions clearly.
• Track system updates and clean‑up activities, maintaining clear documentation in OneNote.
