The Accounting Coordinator – Internal Customer Service plays a critical role in supporting Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Accounting teams through accurate transaction processing and responsive internal customer service. This position serves as a primary point of contact for Sales Representatives, handling order support, invoicing, and internal requests while ensuring timely and accurate documentation. The role also supports core accounting functions, including daily route reconciliation, bank deposit processing, and supplier return transactions. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This position reports to the Accounting Manager. Typical daily working hours are 11:00 am – 7:30 pm
