About The Position

Under the supervision of a Child Development Center Director, the Nutrition Coordinator serves meals and snacks for children enrolled in the Child Development Center.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred.
• A Criminal Background and Abuse check, as well as an up to date physical, including a TB test is required.
• A fingerprint background check is also required for all Child Development Programs.
• A valid driver’s license and a driving record sufficient to qualify for agency automobile coverage.
• Maintain current CPR and First Aid Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Follows Adult and Child Food Program guidelines and accreditation standards.
• Sets the tables in each room.
• Cleans up after meals.
• Performs a daily check of refrigerator temperatures to ensure compliance standards.
• Completes all necessary paperwork.
• Orders food on a weekly basis.
• Other duties as assigned.
