About The Position

Dynamic Connections is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join their growing Finance Team. This role involves working with other Accounting Coordinators, including AR and AP professionals, and reporting to an Accounting Manager. The position offers significant learning opportunities for those new to the accounting profession. The role requires strong communication skills, comfortable with reaching out to clients, customers, or vendors via phone and email. The Finance Team is highly collaborative and located at HQ, providing exposure to various processes and senior finance functions.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail; ability to catch errors and discrepancies before they become mistakes.
• Sound judgment; ability to find discrepancies and problematic issues, ensuring work is done correctly the first time.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Experience in either Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable.
• 2+ years of experience, with honed good practices.
• Adaptable and a sharp study, able to thrive in a culture of change.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with accounting software and understanding its functionality.
• Experience in the logistics or freight industry.
• Experience supporting an acquisition or integration.
• Ability to build trust quickly with new partners and teams.
