This role involves partnering with the Accounting team to ensure timely and appropriate payment of subcontractors and vendors. Requirements

• Ability to review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Skill in matching invoices to purchase orders, contracts, and receiving documentation.
• Proficiency in verifying coding, approvals, and supporting documentation before payment.
• Capability to resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in preparing and processing check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
• Understanding of payment terms and deadlines.
• Ability to maintain records of payments and supporting documentation.
• Skill in maintaining positive working relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities
