About The Position

CareArc is seeking a part-time Accounting Clerk to join its Finance Team. The role performs routine accounting activities focused mainly on accounts payable and general ledger analysis to support complete and accurate financial reports.

Requirements

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and other software tools.
• Accounts Payable experience.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Process, post, and record assigned financial transactions and information accurately and on time, including accounts payable, general ledger, cash management, and financial reporting.
• Maintain all functions of the Accounts Payable Electronic Routing System.
• Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval before payment.
• Answer vendor inquiries.
• Assist with monthly closings.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
