About The Position

HealthLink Dimensions is a data-first healthcare technology company supporting the nation’s largest pharmaceutical manufacturers, hospitals, health plans, and marketing agencies. We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Accounting Clerk to support the day-to-day financial operations of our accounting department. This role manages the full accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles, performs bank reconciliations, and serves as a professional point of contact for internal teams and external clients and vendors. Requirements

Relevant accounting experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and general office software.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be available to work in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays; typically remote the other three days.
High school diploma.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains).

Responsibilities

Manage the full AP process, including invoice entry, payment processing, and vendor communication.
Handle the full AR process, including client invoicing, payment tracking, and timely client follow-ups.
Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Provide general administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
Communicate professionally with internal team members and external clients via email and phone.
Use Microsoft Outlook and other standard office tools to manage correspondence and scheduling.
