About The Position

All Star Chevrolet, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking a motivated, career-driven Automotive Accounting Clerk to join its accounting team. The role supports automotive accounting operations by preparing and processing financial documents, recording business transactions, and maintaining accounting records. The position is based at All Star Chevrolet in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with a stated shift of 7am–4pm. Salary is undisclosed.

Requirements

• Experience preparing vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records.
• Experience compiling and sorting documents and substantiating business transactions.
• Experience verifying and posting business transaction details, including funds received and disbursed, and totaling accounts.
• Experience computing and recording charges, refunds, costs of lost or damaged goods, and freight charges.
• Motivated and career-minded, with a strong team orientation and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.

• Previous experience in automotive accounting.

Responsibilities
