The role requires maintaining accurate electronic spreadsheets, compiling financial records using journals, ledgers, and computers, and preparing various financial reports. Additionally, the position is responsible for completing period-end closing procedures and reports, as well as preparing, reviewing, reconciling, and issuing bills, invoices, and account statements. The role also emphasizes adherence to company policies, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor, protecting company assets, and ensuring the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.
