The position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, problem-solving capabilities, and an awareness of how one's work impacts others. A foundational understanding of bookkeeping and accounting procedures is essential, along with the ability to explain Aqua Engineers' job costing processes and codes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software (MAS90) is necessary. Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to handle complex information and resolve minor conflicts with tact, are also key requirements.
