About The Position

At Agility Medical Group, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support our accounting operations. This hybrid role will focus on Accounts Payable, bank activity, and transaction processing in QuickBooks Online (QBO). The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on experience in QBO and be comfortable managing routine accounting tasks with accuracy and confidentiality. Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) required
  • Prior experience in an accounting clerk or AP
  • Working knowledge of: Accounts Payable processes Bank feeds and transaction matching Remote deposit capture
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Nice To Haves

  • 1 - 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Experience processing ACH payments
  • Familiarity with month-end close activities
  • Experience supporting a multi-location or growing organization
  • Accounting coursework or degree (not required)

Responsibilities

  • Process Accounts Payable, including: Entering and coding vendor bills and expenses in QuickBooks Online Verifying invoice accuracy and proper approvals Preparing and recording vendor payments (ACH, checks, and credit cards)
  • Manage bank activity in QBO, including: Reviewing and posting transactions through the bank feed Matching transactions to bills, expenses, and deposits Researching and resolving discrepancies
