We're not just growing; we're building a team of passionate, like-minded individuals dedicated to high-quality service. We're looking for a detailed, entry-level Accounting Clerk to join our team. This is a role where you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial integrity of our multi-entity organization. The ideal candidate will take the initiative to learning new technologies, practices, and processes in the accounting realm. This full-time position reports to the office once a week and must be able to manage their time and priorities efficiently and independently.

Requirements

0–2 years of clerical accounting experience, or an Associate's degree in accounting/a related field is preferred.
Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for analytical excellence. You notice the small trends and errors that others miss, and you take pride in a perfectly balanced sheet.
Independent & Disciplined: You thrive in a hybrid-remote setting. You are a self-starter who can prioritize a heavy workload and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe, and eager to learn platforms like QuickBooks Online (desktop) and Monday.com to keep tasks on track.

Responsibilities

Handle the daily flow of business transactions across our organization, ensuring every fund received and dollar spent is posted with precision.
Master the AP/AR Cycle: From processing invoice payments to assisting with contract-based billing, you will keep our cash flow moving and our vendor relationships strong.
Balance the Books: You will collect, review, and reconcile monthly credit card receipts, expense reports, and account statements to ensure all records match.
Guard Data Integrity & Records: You'll help manage and maintain our accounting database, providing the clean data and professional summaries needed for special projects and long-term financial health.
