Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
1 year of office/admin experience required.
Accounting experience preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree preferred.
HVAC experience is a plus.
Experience with Sage Intacct, ServiceTitan, SAWIN, Divvy, or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Reviewing, verifying, and processing invoices for payment.
Maintaining accounts payable records and vendor files.
Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.
Assisting with weekly payment runs and maintaining payment schedules.
Supporting month-end, year-end, and audit-related reporting.
Performing collections on customer accounts receivable.
Reviewing and revising installer payroll time/punches daily or weekly.
Researching account issues and helping resolve questions from staff, management, vendors, and clients.
Collaborating with other departments to support accurate financial operations.
Identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes and systems.
