About The Position

USA Clinics Group is looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk to join their Corporate team. Reporting directly to the Controller, the Accounting Clerk will primarily be responsible for purchasing order, data entry, and assisting in the overall accounting function. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Northbrook, IL, with a compensation range of $23.00-$27.00 per hour. USA Clinics Group is the nation's largest network of outpatient vein, fibroid, vascular, and prostate centers, with over 170 clinics nationwide, focused on delivering patient-first care and minimally invasive treatments.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in an Accounting position
Associates Degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Strong knowledge and understanding of foundational accounting concepts
Experience with GL accounts, month end close, and journal entries
Familiar with excel spreadsheets
Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

Assist with general accounting tasks, including purchase order reconciliation and other ad hoc projects
Handle accounts payable tasks: vendor invoices and disbursement filing, A/P invoice matching & filing
Assist with GL accounts, month end close, journal entries
Code documents that require knowledge in determining proper classification of expenditure codes and accounting codes
Carry out additional related duties and help with special projects on an as-needed basis
Additional duties as assigned
