About The Position
NPG of California, LLC (News Channel 3, 12 + 11) is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Accounting Clerical to support business office functions. This full-time onsite role ensures smooth financial administration and reliable employee support within our television/radio broadcast operations. This is not an on-air or production role.
Requirements
- Excel required
Nice To Haves
- Education or background in finance, accounting, or business management
- Experience in television or radio industries
- Familiarity with accounting software and HRIS systems
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Reconcile financial records and assist with monthly reporting
- Prepare spreadsheets and maintain reports (Excel required)
- Maintain confidential employee records
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Support compliance with policies and regulations
