About The Position

The Accounting Certifier Analyst in Coppell, Texas, helps ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory transactions by certifying the receipt, storage, handling, and shipment of products. The role serves as a control point between warehouse operations and inventory accounting, helping maintain accurate inventory records, verify product conditions, support administrative processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and control procedures.

This is a full-time, second-shift position scheduled from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, paying $22.00 per hour. Candidates must provide a current resume and successfully pass a background check and drug test.

Requirements

• Previous relevant accounting work experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively with accounting and warehouse teams.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Must provide a current resume.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must successfully pass a drug test.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned 4:00 PM–1:00 AM shift.

Responsibilities

• Certify and verify inventory transactions for accuracy.
• Review the receipt, storage, handling, and shipment of products.
• Validate product condition and inventory information.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations and accounting personnel.
• Support administrative and inventory-related accounting processes.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or irregularities.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and internal control requirements.
• Assist with maintaining accurate and complete records.
• Perform other accounting and inventory control duties as assigned.
