About The Position

The Accounting Certifier Analyst works in Coppell, Texas, on the Accounting team and helps ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory transactions. The position certifies receipt, storage, handling, and shipment of products, serving as a control point between warehouse operations and inventory accounting. It also supports accurate inventory records, product-condition verification, administrative processes, and compliance with company policies and control procedures.

This is a full-time, second-shift position with a scheduled shift from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, paying $22.00 per hour. Applicants must submit a current resume and successfully pass a background check and drug test.

Requirements

• Previous relevant accounting work experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively with accounting and warehouse teams.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Must provide a current resume.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must successfully pass a drug test.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned 4:00 PM–1:00 AM shift.

Responsibilities

• Certify and verify inventory transactions for accuracy.
• Review the receipt, storage, handling, and shipment of products.
• Validate product condition and inventory information.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations and accounting personnel.
• Support administrative and inventory-related accounting processes.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or irregularities.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and internal control requirements.
• Assist with maintaining accurate and complete records.
• Perform other accounting and inventory control duties as assigned.
