About The Position

Circle K Store is seeking a Temporary Accounting Associate, Part Time (approximate 20 hours per week) for 4-6 months. This role involves creating new vendor set-ups and updating existing vendors, requiring a high degree of attention to detail. The associate will be responsible for receiving vendor update requests, entering new vendor profiles into the ERP system, communicating with vendors to verify documentation, ensuring updates are approved and documented, and communicating vendor setup or update needs via the Service Now platform.

Requirements

• One year of general office experience.
• Must be highly organized with strong follow-through and follow-up skills.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Must be computer literate in MS Access, Excel and Word.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PDI a plus.
• Experience with Service Now a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive vendor update requests and timely enter new vendor profile in ERP.
• Communicate directly with vendors to verify documentation is correct.
• Verify updates to vendors are approved, well-documented, and appropriate.
• Communicate vendor setup or update needs using Service Now platform.
