About The Position

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our finance team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you'll primarily support accounts payable and chargeback processing, with opportunities to take on additional accounting responsibilities as the team's needs evolve. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on financial work, and is looking for a stable, ongoing engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail
A team player who is flexible and comfortable taking on new tasks as priorities shift
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP preferred
Experience with Yooz (or similar AP automation software) a plus

Responsibilities

Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments
Review, research, and resolve chargebacks
Perform accurate, high-volume data entry into accounting systems
Reconcile invoices, statements, and vendor accounts
Assist with month-end close activities and other accounting tasks as needed
Collaborate with the Accountant and broader finance team on ad hoc projects and process improvements
Maintain organized documentation to support audit and compliance needs
