About The Position

The Accounting Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support to the Accounting and Finance teams. This role is responsible for assisting with invoice processing, data entry and maintenance, claims compilation, and other day-to-day accounting functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in financial records.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in AP/AR required
  • Proficient with MS Office & Excel required

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient with Microsoft Navision preferred

Responsibilities

  • Run checks, expenses, A/P
  • Conduct integration of expense reports
  • Process expense reports
  • Process bank deposits
  • Scan/File checks and expense reports
  • Complete Excel reports, data entry into existing reports, and should be familiar with data entry into "linked spreadsheets"
