About The Position
United Medical Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, reconciling vendor accounts ensuring timely, accurate payments. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with vendors, and other team members. Candidate must have a strong understanding of Quickbooks Online.
Requirements
- Prior Accounts Payable bookkeeping and accounting experience.
- Experience working directly with vendors.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle financial information professionally.
- Experience withing with Microsoft Office displaying strong written and verbal skills.
- Strong understanding of Quickbooks Online.
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices accurately and on time.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve billing questions, payments and credits.
- Maintain accurate vendor records.
- Assist with month end close.
- Assist team with tracking credits and ensuring credits are posted.
- Use Quickbooks Online to manage AP workflows and reporting.
