Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a heavily math-focused field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and experience with enterprise accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Strong grasp of general ledger (GL) functions.
Exceptional mathematical aptitude, critical thinking, and keen attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly desired for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
Identify financial trends and provide variance analysis against budgets.
Maintain general ledger accounts, perform monthly/quarterly closes, and reconcile bank statements.
Ensure that all financial processes comply with established accounting standards (e.g., GAAP), tax regulations, and internal privacy policies.
Recommend procedural changes to improve operational efficiency, minimize costs, and strengthen financial controls.
Collaborate with various departments to track project expenses and assist management with financial planning.
