About The Position

The Accounting Analyst supports the InReach Segment Support team, including account reconciliations and billing requests. This individual-contributor role performs specialized accounting and operational tasks, primarily independently while collaborating with a team as needed. The analyst supports reporting processes and internal-control initiatives by analyzing policies, supporting departmental metrics, and improving accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across financial operations. The position is hybrid and requires three days in the office at the Cheektowaga, New York location.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Two years of related experience.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, fiscal controls, and financial reporting practices.
• Ability to support and enhance financial systems through service requests, testing, and implementation.
• Experience collaborating on cross-functional initiatives.
• Analytical skills and ability to develop actionable insights from performance metrics and reconciliation data.
• Capability to mentor or guide team members.

Responsibilities
