About The Position

The Accounting Analyst I is primarily responsible for executing routine accounting duties and providing essential support to the finance team across a range of financial operations, with a particular emphasis on Accounts Receivable activities. This entry-level role operates under direct supervision and is designed to facilitate the development of foundational financial analysis competencies while ensuring adherence to established accounting standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of entry level experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine accounting tasks such as data entry, account reconciliations, month-end close journals and accruals, and financial reporting.
• Manage the order-to-cash cycle, including invoicing, payment processing, invoicing corrections, reconciliation, and working with the collections team to optimize cash flow.
• Drive digital transformation within the AR function by implementing and adopting AI technology to optimize operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and respond to audit inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
