About The Position

Mullinax Automotive is looking for a personable, collaborative, hard-working team member who is steady and meticulous to join their multi-store enterprise. Prior dealership experience is preferred but not required. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Mullinax Automotive has been in business since 1970 and has grown to be one of the nation's best dealerships. They have 12 dealerships located in Washington, Florida, and Alabama. Requirements

• Must have professional appearance
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Understanding of basic accounting and general math skills
• Proficiency with computer systems, MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), internet browsers, email functions and ability to learn new software
• Capability of multi-tasking and prioritizing work in fast-paced environment with heavy volume of transactions as well as be able to meet and handle deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, and ability to efficiently and consistently produce accurate work
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines
• Must be able to pass background screening and drug test

Nice To Haves

• Prior dealership experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Receipt checks and prepare daily bank deposit
• Receive, verify, reconcile, and process invoices
• Research, track, and correct vendor account discrepancies
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements
• Prepare 10th of month checks
• Provide assistance and support to Company personnel
• Follow all Company procedures and standards
• Other duties as assigned
