About The Position

Seeking a Temporary Accounting & Administrative Specialist to support our accounting and administrative functions during a departmental transition. This role combines accounting support, bookkeeping, data entry, and general administrative duties in an office environment.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in business, accounting, or related field with 1+ year experience, or 3+ years relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.

Nice To Haves

  • AP, bookkeeping, or administrative experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable, prepare payment batches, and resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Maintain vendor records, W-9s, and support 1099 reporting
  • Enter and maintain employee timesheets and labor records
  • Perform data entry and general administrative support
  • Maintain accounting, operational, safety, and compliance files
  • Assist with calendar management, meetings, and reporting
  • Support accounting system or process improvements as needed
