About The Position

About GUAPI GUAPI is a fast-scaling global premium streetwear brand, with strong traction across the US, Japan, and Europe. Known for bold design, limited drops, and cultural relevance, GUAPI is now entering a critical phase: transitioning from a fast-growing brand into a structured, scalable, and investor-ready company. We are a growing company seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial operations. This is a key role for someone who is hands-on, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of accounting experience (preferably in small to medium-sized companies)
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations, including invoicing and transaction recording
Perform regular checks and reconciliation of invoices, payments, and accounts
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ensure proper documentation
Monitor accounts payable and receivable
Process and track payments, ensuring timely execution
Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with closing procedures
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Coordinate with external accountants/auditors when required
