About The Position

The Accountant is responsible for various general ledger activities and accounting closing activities. Our goal is closing the books and reporting our financial results in a timely and accurate fashion. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Global Consolidations and North America Accounting and is part of the Finance and Accounting Organization located in Brea, CA and will be onsite.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related business field with 0-2 years experience
  • General accounting experience
  • Ability to work Mon - Fri (8:30 am - 5:30 pm PST)

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple general ledger accounts, including intercompany transactions, accruals, and corporate credit cards
  • Oversee intercompany invoicing for global entities, ensuring timely booking and follow‑up
  • Prepare month-end journal entries and support an accurate and timely financial close
  • Perform quarterly tie-outs for financial, operational, and M&A-related reports
  • Prepare tax package supporting documentation and assist with audit PBC requests
