What You’ll Do Prepare financial statement packages for a portfolio of properties Post journal entries to accurately document transactions Perform bank reconciliations Manage full-cycle bookkeeping (from AP through financial statements) Maintain financial trackers and prepare cash flow reports for property owners Partner with Regional Managers, Operations, and property owners on financial data and special reporting requests Take on additional accounting tasks as needed What You’ll Bring 2+ years of Property Management accounting experience Strong knowledge of accounting processes (U.S. GAAP and cash basis) Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience with accounting softwareand Yardi is required. Entrata experience preferred. Requirements

  • 2+ years of Property Management accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting processes (U.S. GAAP and cash basis)
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
