About The Position

The Entry Level Bilingual Mandarin Accountant completes various duties for the Accounting Department and supports the CFO in accounting functions. Responsibilities include general ledger work and month-end closing; financial reporting and analysis; inventory management; bank reconciliations and fixed-asset management; sales, use, and property tax preparation; accounts payable and receivable management; assisting the CFO or Controller with cost schedules and account reconciliations; and conducting internal audits and coordinating with external auditors.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
At least 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
Advanced working knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle complex issues.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual Mandarin skills are preferred.

Responsibilities
