About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key member of our Accounting Department, assisting with the financial reporting and health of multiple entities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a deep understanding of full-cycle accounting and a knack for process improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an accounting or similar financial role.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and a strong command of accounting principles.
• Exceptional precision and accuracy in all financial reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial activities, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Assist in the preparation of comprehensive financial statements (Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements).
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes by reconciling accounts and preparing journal entries.
• Monitor financial performance, provide actionable recommendations for improvement, and ensure strict adherence to GAAP standards.
• Partner with various departments to ensure reporting accuracy and support special financial projects as needed.
