About The Position

NEPA Wholesale is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Accountant to support daily accounting operations. The role manages financial records, payments, invoices, expenses, and reconciliations, and assists with reporting and month-end closing. The Accountant communicates with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve accounting issues and handles confidential financial information professionally. NEPA Wholesale is a wholesaler and distributor established in 2009, specializing in distributing wholesale products to retailers. The company describes itself as a leading regional distributor of e-cigarettes, tobacco, and related products, and values quality and reliability.

Requirements

At least 2–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Experience using QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
Ability to prepare financial reports, track expenses, and manage invoices.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Reliable and professional, with the ability to handle confidential information.
Fluent English required.

Nice To Haves

Hindi or Nepali language skills.
Experience in wholesale or distribution businesses.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and process invoices, record payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping entries.
Track expenses and prepare financial reports.
Use QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software to organize and review financial data.
Assist with month-end closing and other accounting tasks as needed.
