About The Position
Enterprise Mobility is hiring an Accountant for its Car Sales Shared Services team. The role supports financial operations by preparing financial statements, analyzing results, completing reconciliations, and assisting with compliance. The Accountant works with business leaders, serves as a subject matter expert on Car Sales accounting processes, and contributes to process improvements. The position offers hands-on accounting experience and opportunities to develop business and leadership skills in an entrepreneurial, performance-driven environment. It is located at Enterprise Mobility Lakeside Campus, 2291 Ball Dr, Maryland Heights, Missouri.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require work authorization sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete financial statements for assigned business groups.
- Analyze financial results and provide reporting to management.
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
- Assist with compliance reviews and audit-related activities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Car Sales accounting processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance processes.
- Partner with teams across the business to support financial operations and reporting.
- Demonstrate communication, customer service, ethics and values, execution, flexibility, and teamwork competencies.
