This onsite role will be responsible for driving results by accurately preparing, interpreting and communicating all division financial information. What you will do and impact: Accounting Excellence, Analysis and Reporting Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes, account reconciliations, and prepare annual tax reporting. Prepare accurate financial statements, maintain/reconcile ledger accounts, update and effectively report out on department budgets. Provides sales and inventory analysis reports as needed to help support the division. Provide timely data through ad-hoc reporting for other managers to assist with decision-making. Ensure the integrity of data. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights to management for strategic decision-making. Leverage available tools and technologies to analyze data to support process improvements and operational decisions. Team Leadership and Development Assist employees in understanding how their decisions will impact financial results. Identifies, communicates, and trains others on key business drivers to enhance overall financial awareness. Cross Functional Collaboration Supports inventory management by maintaining cost files, actively participating in establishing/maintaining inventory controls, maintaining cycle count reporting and physical inventory exemption requests, monitoring months on hand, and actively participating in monthly inventory review meetings. Assists with capital expenditure requests and manages fixed assets within the division. Apply 80/20 thinking to reduce complexity and simplify processes.
