About The Position

As an Accountant at OnLogic, you will report directly to the Controller and assist with all daily functions of Global Finance. Your work will impact the company's success by contributing to and improving the daily accounting, month-end and year-end close, reporting, and compliance in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will act as a key person of influence and a source of reliable information for the finance team, as well as for the broader OnLogic organization. Requirements

  • At least 1+ year of Accounting experience, preferably in an international manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Satisfactory completion of a background check.
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship, now and in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritizing, coordinating, and participating in the daily transaction flow including AP, AR, and the general ledger.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all accounting transactions and processes.
  • Acting as the point of control for accounting transaction discrepancies or transactional issues.
  • Looking for opportunities to increase efficiency and scalability through automation and streamlining accounting processes.
  • Identifying areas of risk and implementing mitigation strategies, including team structure, workflow, cross-functional collaboration, and system changes.
  • Supporting the FP&A function and annual planning process by providing financial data, KPIs, and analysis of revenue and spending.
  • Assisting in domestic and international accounting operations and supporting the close process to issue timely and accurate financial statements.
